Ms. Yuktika Pilania (she/her)
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR, MICATECH CORPORATION
Ms. Yuktika founded MicaTech in 2017 and has been involved in shaping the business across business development, customer relationships, sourcing, product direction and new market development.
With a background in psychology, including a particular interest in organisational psychology, she brings a people-centred perspective to the way she thinks about businesses and the people within them. Her work in psychology has shaped her understanding of organisational culture, communication, leadership, collaboration and the relationship between people and the systems they work in.
This perspective also influences how she approaches MicaTech. She is interested not only in the materials and markets the business works with, but in how teams work together, how relationships are built and how a growing organisation can remain thoughtful while becoming more ambitious.
Today, Yuktika is leading MicaTech's expansion into graphite and other natural mineral opportunities, with a focus on developing new product verticals, exploring international markets and building relationships across the supply chain.
Alongside MicaTech, she is the founder of SoulFlow India, a mental health and counselling practice, and has previously worked in manufacturing and organisational environments, including serving as a Director of Rajasthan Cylinders & Containers Ltd.
Mr. Manav Pilania (he/him)
HEAD OF MICA VERTICAL, MICATECH CORPORATION
Mr. Manav joined MicaTech as the business grew, bringing a strong operational and technical focus to its mica division. His work spans the mica value chain, from working closely with suppliers and overseeing sourcing, mining and processing to packing and day-to-day ground operations.
He works closely with the R&D and technical teams to develop specialised mica products and application-specific components, including products such as channels and other customised forms. His hands-on understanding of the material and its processing allows him to bridge the gap between raw mica and finished products.
Alongside operations and product development, Manav works directly with international customers and suppliers, understanding technical requirements, coordinating material requirements and helping translate customer needs into practical products and processes.
His role also involves supplier relationships, procurement coordination, production planning, product development and international order execution, giving him an end-to-end view of the mica business.
