Micatech Corporation has a zero-tolerance policy towards child labour. We do not employ workers below the legal working age and are committed to maintaining responsible practices across our operations and mica supply chain.

We are committed to responsible sourcing and processing of mica through the following measures:

• Employing workers who meet the legal working-age requirements. 
• Creating awareness around responsible labour practices within the mica workforce and associated communities. 
• Supporting training and capacity building among relevant stakeholders. 
• Working towards appropriate compliance assessments and audits where required. 
• Communicating our approach and progress to relevant stakeholders. 
• Supporting education and opportunities for children within communities connected to our industry.
